Stakeholder Communication Plan
This project involved creating a stakeholder communication plan for a digital marketing campaign. I identified the communication needs of key internal and external roles, selected appropriate channels and cadences, and outlined specific messages to share based on each stakeholder’s influence, interest, and role in the project.
Campaign success depends on more than just external results — it also hinges on keeping internal teams aligned. This project demonstrates my ability to manage upward (e.g. providing concise ROI summaries to a CEO), laterally (e.g. collaborating with designers and IT), and outward (e.g. keeping ad agencies informed).
By customizing content and delivery methods to each stakeholder, I ensured that everyone stayed informed, engaged, and equipped to take action.
